Currently, there are many newly opened bistros and cafes in Dadaocheng☕️. Some are very distinctive, some have delicious food, and of course, some look quite ordinary but come with exaggerated prices! The place we visited today was recommended by a friend. He said he found information about it and discovered that the restaurant's owner is very dedicated to their food, with many dishes being carefully prepared by them. They've also decorated the interior very tastefully, giving it a charming antique vibe! I felt that the interior decor was indeed very thoughtful; each floor had its own character, but everything blended well together. Personally, I thought it was a bit too dark, but for a bistro, the atmosphere is quite nice!

The staff in the restaurant were very polite, and the service was enthusiastic. If it was your first time visiting, they'd give a detailed introduction to the menu. Since we were dining during lunch, they particularly highlighted the coffee drinks, and their cold brew coffee was highly recommended!

❤️Hebron
This cold brew coffee indeed has a fairly rich fig flavor, with a slight acidity. If you like figs, you would love this! I especially enjoy the taste of figs, so I felt this coffee was not just special, but also very smooth! I would recommend drinking it as a black coffee first, and then adding milk🥛 later; the restaurant also provides honey🍯 if you're worried about the bitterness.

❤️Mullet Roe Cream Pasta🍝
I personally really like mullet roe, so I didn’t hesitate to order this dish when I saw it on the menu. Their mullet roe tasted pretty good, it has a rich, fatty flavor, and it can be a bit sticky when you bite into it. However, it paired really well with the creamy pasta! There weren’t many other ingredients, though… I noticed my friend’s risotto seemed to have even less filling than mine; it was just a bowl of rice!

❤️Cinnamon Roll
I initially thought the cinnamon roll was homemade, but upon asking, I found out it was sourced from a partner shop. I thought the flavor was just okay; the surrounding sauce overshadowed the cinnamon roll's aroma. Although it was still hot, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, the cinnamon aroma was somewhat diminished.

❤️Tiramisu
This one was a bit too rich! While the first bite was good, I felt that it didn’t photograph well and was not easy to eat. It tasted just okay, lacking the true alcoholic flavor of a traditional tiramisu to enhance its taste… a bit of a pity!

Overall, this place could definitely become a trendy spot; after all, the interior decor is quite beautiful. However, I would recommend it more for coffee rather than an impressive meal. If you're looking for a nice atmosphere to hang out and have snacks, it’s a good option!
