The beef is fresh and tender, not too dry or too old. It has everything. Bring some beef tendon so that the noodles will not absorb the soup all the time. The noodles are thick noodles like ramen, not too soft and a little chewy. The soup and noodles are packaged separately for takeout, so you can follow the instructions when you get home. Pair it with soup and noodles in the proportion you like.
