阿源生魚片的食材新鮮度不錯,尤其是鮪魚上腹的口感滑嫩細緻,值得一試。然而,綜合生魚片的份量略少,且肉片中夾雜筋,影響了整體口感,性價比有待提升。
Located in the Donggang Overseas Chinese Market in Pingtung, "A Yuan Sashimi" is a stall primarily serving sashimi. In the Overseas Chinese Market, there's often a long line for popular shops that are indeed very disappointing in taste, so I decided to give this place a try since it seemed relatively okay and had fewer customers. This time, I ordered a mixed sashimi platter, mainly consisting of salmon and tuna, priced at 500 TWD. The portion was relatively small, and many slices had quite a bit of sinew mixed in, which affected the texture. For this price, you might find better value at fish markets in non-tourist areas.
In addition to the mixed sashimi, I specifically ordered a slice of tuna belly, which was priced at 200 TWD. It was not very large and quite thin. The texture and aroma of the belly meat were clearly superior to other parts, smooth and delicate, melting in your mouth. After tasting this slice, I could deeply appreciate the unique flavor of the tuna belly, but the price was indeed not low; I felt it was more in the "just try it" category.
Overall, the freshness of the ingredients at "A Yuan Sashimi" was good, especially the tuna belly, which is worth recommending. However, considering the price and portion size, the sashimi here might not be very cost-effective for those who are looking for value for money.
