"The fried tofu restaurant that was delayed by the meat soup" is the thought that kept popping up during my meal. In fact, the meat soup is not bad, but the fried tofu is really delicious~ Let's start from the beginning~
This Taiwanese snack bar is located near Ximen Station, only a 1-minute walk from Exit 3. In addition to selling pork soup, it also sells pork rice, dried pork noodles, dried pork rice noodles, etc. If you want to eat or eat noodles, have
From the outside, the store looks like there are only two tables for dining, but that is not the case. There is a space next to it for inside use, and it is not a problem to seat 10 people.
The aunt in charge of ordering is a little cold, but forget it and there is no service fee, so there is nothing to ask for, as long as the food is delicious
Lu You Tofu$25
There are 5 pieces of fried tofu in total, the portion is larger than I expected, and it is super braised, very salty and delicious. I recommend you to order it if you come to this restaurant!
Three Generations Pork Soup Noodles $70
The meat in the meat soup is slightly fatty. It is coated in a little flour and fried. It tastes very smooth and tender. I like it very much!
I thought it was a bit pricey at first, but the meat was priced at 7-8 yuan. It was made of real ingredients and the portion was sufficient. The price was acceptable~
The noodle is made of oil noodles. The soup itself is on the light side and the oil noodles are also bland and tasteless. It is recommended to add black vinegar or chili to bring out the flavor.
Overall, a portion of glutinous rice noodles as a main meal, paired with fried tofu as a side dish, is quite filling for less than $100. I will order fried tofu again next time I visit, but I probably won’t order glutinous rice noodles. I might try it instead. Dried Pork Noodles or Lu Pork Rice~
