曾去過「梁媽媽家」（Irvine, Milpitas）很多次, 有些必點的菜, 可惜後來（疫情後）想到還要再去時卻發現關了. 這次看到聚餐在 Cupertino, CA 的 Liang's Village, 還在想是否是「梁媽媽」？
是. 一進門就看到「梁媽媽家」招牌, 真的很高興.
我們一行三人點了以下的菜. 以上菜序介紹. 標註（新）為首次點.
（1）（新）拌黑木耳：已裝成盒可外帶. 鹹酸口味, 還不錯.
（2）滷油豆腐：微辣醬汁不錯. 但這次油豆腐稍硬. 以往是外酥內嫰的山水豆腐去炸的.
（3）眷村蔥油拌麵加蛋：細麵, 全熟煎蛋. 美味一如既往.
（4）（新）炸魚排：魚排炸得很酥脆. 蘸美奶滋風味絕佳.
（5）（新）炸紅糟肉：炸得有些過乾. 這道菜最後上. 我們淺嚐幾口, 其餘打包.

This restaurant used to have a booth at the market, and I completely fell in love with their handmade noodles 🍜 and savory soy milk back then, so I followed them all the way to their store! I just wanted to eat their purely handmade noodles 🍝 again.
When we entered the store, the usual owner and his wife were not there. Although there were several staff members, they were actually not very warm, probably because there were too many customers and they were tired, so they spoke less! However, they were still very willing to help when there was a need.

I highly recommend their beef tendon noodles, not only because the noodles are delicious and have a chewy texture like eating pearls, but also because their beef tendon is very flavorful and extremely tender—not the kind that’s hard to bite through or too mushy, but just right!

If you usually like your braised pork to be a bit fatty, then I think you will love this. Their braised pork has both lean and fatty portions, but I feel that the fatty part is more than what is usually sold in Taiwan. I think this might be tailored to the preferences of customers from different countries. Although it feels a bit unfamiliar, it is very tasty!
My friend ordered a bowl of the restaurant's signature fried egg 🍳 noodles. The noodles were still handmade and delicious, but the sauce was exceptional, completely melding with the noodles and giving them a lot of flavor! For those who enjoy stronger flavors, this is definitely worth considering!
Overall, I highly recommend dining here, but it's easier to get to if you have a car. It might be a bit troublesome for friends using public transportation, so think about it!
