This restaurant is located in a neighborhood that has many restaurants and some clothing shops. It feels like an area where nearby residents come to stroll during their leisure time. I came to this restaurant through a friend's recommendation. It is said that during lunchtime, you don't need a reservation, but if you want to come for dinner, it's best to make a reservation in advance; otherwise, it often gets fully booked! Although we had lunch, we made a reservation since it was a holiday. The servers were very polite and escorted us to our seats, providing various drinks we wanted, even hot water for us Asians, which I thought was a thoughtful touch!

Since we were a large group dining together, we chose a variety of different dishes.
❤️ Lumache alla norcina
I usually fear that this type of pasta will be made softer, but this restaurant handled it well. The pasta was cooked to the right texture, and the sauce had seeped into the pasta, so every bite carried the flavor of the sauce. With bits of bacon and pine nuts mixed in, the overall taste was very rich, and some vegetables on top balanced out the creaminess! It was a very easy-to-eat pasta.
❤️ Squid ink tonnarelli
This is my favorite pasta. The flavor of squid ink pasta is always a bit richer. They used a tomato sauce for this dish, making it even more appetizing, and the amount of octopus was generous. Combined with the freshness of the octopus, it made the pasta especially delicious, and I ended up eating too much!
❤️ Lasagna Bianca al forno
I was a bit disappointed with this one. Although the pasta itself was delicious—really wide, thick, and chewy noodles—and the tomato sauce was easy, paired with some minced meat, it certainly had plenty of flavor. However, I felt it was a bit too oily and a tad too salty. Those who prefer strong flavors might love it, but I found it somewhat rich and not as crave-worthy as the first two dishes!
❤️ Black Mediterranean mussels
We were pleasantly surprised when this dish arrived, as the portion was quite large. Plus, the seafood was very fresh, and the seasoning was spot on—not too salty and not too bland—with a fragrant broth and a hint of lemon. Every bite was sweet and tender, and the accompanying crusty bread dipped in the sauce was very tasty!
❤️ White truffle bread
This bread was a bit different, resembling the honey toast we usually eat, with a crispy exterior and soft interior. They provided a generous portion of white truffle butter, but I felt it was a bit too much. When completely spread on the bread, it became a bit overly greasy, not the fresh and fragrant truffle flavor I had imagined! However, it was still quite good—if you usually enjoy strong flavors, you would probably love it!

Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant to my other friends. If you enjoy Italian cuisine, you'll likely find a good variety of choices here. Just the pasta types alone are divided into many different kinds, and the texture is quite similar to what I experienced in Italy. This is a restaurant I would return to when I crave Italian dishes!
