I’m not sure how authentic it is since I haven’t been to Chongqing,
but I personally think the flavors are good, though the service could use some improvement.
At that time, there were 2 employees in the shop; no one was specifically manning the counter. One was focused on preparing dishes, while the other handled the cash register and meal preparation.
This time, I ordered:

Originally, I wanted to add a small side dish, but the one I wanted was already sold out. 🥲
However, $188 is already in a set meal format, and I felt the portion was quite satisfying, roughly “just right” in size.
Upon entering, I saw the place full of customers. Fortunately, as a single diner, I was able to find a spot in a corner.
After placing my order, I looked around and realized something was off—there were many people, but no one had their dishes served. Everyone was still waiting for their food!
Although the shop emphasizes freshly made dishes upon ordering, I must say... I feel the service is still quite slow. It took over 30 minutes from the time I sat down until my dishes arrived. At that point, it was already late dinner time, and no more customers were coming in, yet none of the tables seemed to be getting their dishes quickly.
Still, I was quite satisfied with the flavors. If I'm not in a hurry, I would be willing to give it another chance!
