位於台北市中山區民權西路靠近捷運站七號出口外,有一間福勝亭在二樓,走了上去之後,店內環境還蠻優雅,座位非常多,接近八點時間,還有一個小時就打烊,趕緊跟櫃台人員點餐,除了魚排、鯖魚、日式烏龍麵之後,基本上大多都是以豬排為主

哇!看到整盤被咖哩醬汁給填滿了,而且切好的豬排就在中間,旁邊附上一碗白飯 一碗配菜以 味增湯 蒟蒻荔枝風味的飲料
從盤上夾了一塊豬排沾上咖哩醬汁,那是非常酥脆,鮮嫩又多汁,也太好吃了吧,接著將咖哩醬汁沾上白飯,更是特別美味,如果一碗吃不夠的話,也有自助吧的飯,可以自己免費再加,沒有限制,但是飲料必須加購35元才能無限暢飲,讓我愛上這樣的美食品牌
This restaurant is on the 2nd floor, so be careful. The stairs are a bit narrow, so it’s best to check if anyone is coming down. There are quite a few seats inside, and the environment is clean and bright. Rice and miso soup are self-service, so you have to order before taking a seat.
About the meal
Kaiyun Pork Chop Rice, special price for anniversary celebration is NT$169. The pork chop has a crispy skin and is delicious. The thickness of the meat is also good and has a chewy texture. You can eat it plain first and then compare it with the sauce. Take a look at which one you like. There are quite a lot of shredded cabbage as side dishes. If the rice is not enough, just add some more and the whole portion will be full.
The miso soup is full of flavor. You can also add kelp sprouts in the self-service area. You can add as much as you want.
