I visited a reasonable and delicious restaurant called Katsuo-san, which specializes in gyoza 🥟.

The restaurant, called Katsuo Gyoza Ishibashi, just opened on November 12, 2025 ✨. It is located right near Ishibashi-Hanadai-Mae Station on the Hankyu Takarazuka Line 🚃.

When it comes to Katsuo-san, the signature items are:
Premimum Malts draft beer: 196 yen / Highball: starting at 162 yen! This price is the same every time you visit! They also have a good variety of Taco Highballs and classic Lemon Sours ✨.

The edamame 🫛 was perfectly salted and delicious🫛.

For the gyoza 🥟:
They were bite-sized and grilled until crisp 🥟. The bottoms were crunchy, the skin was chewy, and the filling was generous, with a lovely aroma of sesame oil. They were so good that I had to order more after the initial 10 pieces 🥟.

The fried chicken 🍗:
This is also a signature dish of the restaurant 🍗. Each piece was quite large, flavorful, and with a crispy coating, it was delicious 🍗.

Dashi-maki tamago 🥚:
It was rich in umami flavor, pairing perfectly with grated daikon, and was very tasty 🥚.

Chutoro tuna 🐟:
The pink tuna had a refreshing taste and was delicious 🐟.

Black pork & mentaiko shumai 🐷:
The black pork had a rich filling 🐷, and the mentaiko shumai was spicy and fluffy and very tasty.

Beef brisket ponzu 🐮:
The large beef brisket was quite filling 🐮. It was lightly seasoned with onions and bean sprouts in ponzu, which made it refreshing and delicious 🧅.

Potato chicken 🐔🍟:
The chicken nuggets had a potato coating 🍟. Inside they were fluffy, and outside they were crispy and tasty 🐔🍟.

Grilled ramen 🍜:
The tonkotsu flavor was rich, clinging perfectly to the thin noodles and making it easy to eat deliciously 🍜. The large pieces of pork and cabbage were also tasty 🐷🥬.

Chicken soup 🥣:
It was a light soup that was delicious 🐔.

Salmon onigiri 🍙:
There was plenty of salmon, making it rich and very tasty 🍙.

Cookies and cream ice cream 🍨:
It had plenty of cookie pieces and was delicious 🍨.

Every dish was reasonable and very tasty 🥰.

They also have an all-you-can-eat menu for 2,800 yen, which is quite reasonable 🉐.

Since they have limited-time menus, I definitely want to visit again 😆.
