After wandering around Noboribetsu for a while, I found this ramen shop while looking for food at noon. From the outside, it's hard to tell whether it's open or not. There is a huge painting and waiting area in front of the store.

In the icy Noboribetsu, the design of this waiting area is very considerate (except that there are fewer chairs...) and I waited for about 20-30 minutes before entering. I ordered spicy miso ramen, which was quite strong and very tasty. For a place like Noboribetsu with few choices, the quality is very high! If you want to eat ramen when you go to Noboribetsu, you can try this restaurant!

"Enma-ken" on Noboribetsu Hot Spring Street has the theme of Yama King, which fits perfectly with the local Hell Valley landform and folklore. The ramen specializes in chili-flavored hell noodle soup, which is spicy and fragrant and is perfect for a bowl in the cold winter.

Our signature ramen, I think it tastes a bit like the soup noodle version of Sichuan Dandan noodles. The soup is very spicy and the taste is salty, but the ramen is very delicious and smooth. It is recommended to pair it with their beer or oolong tea to relieve the spiciness. Relieve tiredness. The ramen comes with 3-4 pieces of fried tofu skin, which I thought was a bit too oily, but I could use less.
