The overall performance of the meal was good. The shrimp in the appetizer was fried until crispy and sweet, and the onion soup was rich and paired well with the bread. The sakura shrimp fried rice had a moderate texture and was not greasy, while the short rib was slightly overcooked.
The environment is relatively humid and has an oily smell; the dining experience in the basement could be improved, especially in the dessert area.
Environment: Dining in the basement, there is a bit of damp and musty smell when you enter. Because the chef cooks on site, there will be a bit of oil smoke smell. Later, when I went to the dessert area, there was still a smell of cooking fumes. This can be improved.
