The lamb soup is rich and milky white, with tender, boneless lamb. The grilled lamb skewers from Xinjiang are stunning, perfectly seasoned with cumin. The Sichuan-style mouthwatering chicken is tender and smooth, with a rich spicy sauce. The pickled vegetable fish features tender fish meat, and the noodles are chewy and elastic.
The small shop has a warm atmosphere, and there is no need to wait long for a seat as soon as you walk in. The overall pace is comfortable, and the enticing aromas make you want to visit again.
The in-store service efficiency is high, using Line for ordering is time-saving and convenient, and you can start dining right after entering the store, which is very convenient.
▶ Signature Lamb Soup $600 for 2 people ◀
Their lamb soup is super rich, boiled to a milky white color, and the lamb itself is very tender, not tough at all! There are plenty of meat chunks and not too many bones.
▶ Xinjiang Grilled Lamb Skewers $180 for 1 person ◀
Although the skewers are on the pricier side, they are absolutely amazing! Combined with the cumin seasoning, it's just a perfect match!! The lamb is very tender and pairs wonderfully with the spicy powder, which doesn’t overpower but rather enhances the flavor.
▶ Xinjiang Grilled Lamb Ribs $250 for 2 people ◀
To be honest, the ribs are quite similar to the meat skewers, just with bones, and the seasoning is exactly the same! So I recommend choosing either one.
▶ Sichuan Lip-Smackin' Chicken $350 ◀
The chicken is very tender. We chose to have the sauce on the side, but even so, the chicken itself is already very flavorful. The sauce includes spicy sesame sauce, and it has a very rich and smooth texture, but it’s not overly spicy—just about mildly spicy.
▶ Fried Noodles with Lamb Fat and Shallots $80 ◀
I personally find the lamb fat noodles a bit ordinary because they also have lamb fat rice available, which you can help yourself to! So I think the lamb fat rice is delicious enough without needing to order the noodles.
▶ Sour Cabbage Fish (includes noodles) $1300 ◀
Their sour cabbage fish is quite different from what you find elsewhere, as the sour cabbage flavor isn’t strong; it looks a bit red when just looking at it, but it’s not overpoweringly spicy when you eat it! The fish is incredibly tender, and there are bean sprouts inside! The noodles are very wide and are somewhat translucent like rice noodles, so they’re super chewy!! Highly recommended for large groups.

🪑 As soon as the door opened, the place was filled with people. Luckily, I pre-ordered via LINE, so I went straight to my seat. The small shop doesn't have many seats, but the service is quick. The aroma hits you as soon as you walk in; this place makes you want to come back again.
🍲 The signature lamb soup (for 1 person) is 310 NTD. It's refreshing, with a clear and sweet vegetable broth that isn't oily. The initial taste is mildly sweet, followed by the aroma of lamb coming through gradually. The meat portion is generous, cut into tender pieces without any unpleasant gamey flavor, leaving you feeling warm after finishing.
🍢 Xinjiang grilled lamb skewers (100g for 1 person) are 180 NTD. They come fresh off the grill, fragrant enough, with cumin enhancing the flavor without overpowering it. The meat pieces are large and juicy, slightly charred on the outside while remaining moist inside—not dry at all. I finished one skewer in a flash.
🐑 The restaurant uses Australian lamb, known for its delicate texture and clean flavor, whether in soup or grilled; both are excellent. The overall pace is comfortable, and the prices are reasonable. I've already marked my calendar for the next visit.
