The beef offal is stewed until soft and tender, with a slightly strong flavor. The accompanying radish is soaked in the braising sauce, performing well and providing a pleasant surprise.
This restaurant is located on the famous Rua do Cunha in Macau. Although there are many people, the line moves quite quickly.

This is Old Day Beef Offal, located on the famous Rua do Cunha in Macau. When I visited on Saturday noon, there were quite a lot of people, but the queue moved quickly, and I was able to make my purchase in just a few minutes.
I ordered the Selection of Beef Offal (Medium) for 68 Macanese Patacas. At the counter, they differentiate between "Selected Beef Offal" and "Traditional Beef Offal," with the traditional version including additional beef tendons and beef lungs. They also mentioned that these two options would have a stronger fishy taste, allowing customers to choose accordingly.
The beef offal was overall very tender and soft, and the flavor was quite rich. The accompanying radish soaked up the braising sauce well and was surprisingly good, even more so than the beef offal.
Overall, the taste was decent, making it suitable for a quick try if passing by, but I wouldn't specifically recommend coming here just to queue for it.
