The cabbage and egg pancake received positive reviews; the crust is fragrant and crispy, the cabbage filling is intact and crunchy, and the addition of tuna balances the flavor and proportion perfectly. However, it is slightly expensive, and the crispiness decreases slightly when taken out.
The takeout shop's entrance is decorated very cutely, creating a warm and pleasant atmosphere.

I didn't notice this place until a colleague often organized group purchases for breakfast here (everyone loved it) and I found out it was nearby. I had tried it once before, bought by a colleague, and had quite a good impression, always wanting to buy it again. I happened to have some free time this morning to visit and take away.
▪️Cabbage Egg Pancake $60 + Tuna $20
The first time I ate here, I ordered the cabbage egg pancake, recommended by a colleague as a signature dish. I don’t usually like vegetable egg pancakes, but the pancake here is very aromatic and slightly crispy. The cabbage inside feels very complete and crispy! This time I thought I’d add some protein, so I added tuna. The amount of tuna isn’t overwhelming, but I think it balances well with the cabbage.
I kind of forgot the portion size, but once I received it, I was shocked by how heavy it was and couldn't quite close it 😂. If you love spicy food, I recommend adding spice, which is placed on the side. Their spice is very fragrant and pairs well with the relatively mild vegetable egg pancake.
Overall, although it's a bit pricey for an egg pancake, the pancake itself is unique and the ingredients are quite tasty. I don’t particularly insist on an extremely crispy egg pancake; it takes about 10 minutes to get home, so it wasn’t very crispy anymore, but that's just a reference. Mainly, I like the flavor and would consider returning.
