This time, I visited 'Mrs. Hamburger,' located an 11-minute walk from Honkawagoe Station! You can enjoy exquisite hamburgers made with A4 and A5 rank domestic beef patties, custom buns from a famous bakery in Kawagoe, and fresh domestic vegetables—all with great attention to detail!

The patties are meaty and do not use any fillers, allowing you to taste the flavor of domestic wagyu beef directly.
Additionally, not only is there an emphasis on the patties, but the buns used at 'Mrs. Hamburger' are made with wheat flour from Saitama Prefecture, sourced in cooperation with a bakery called 'Crepe' in Kawagoe! It’s definitely going to be delicious!
The menu was also developed together, so they have confidence in every item. Since hamburgers are complete with their buns, they play a very important role!

The [Slice Burger] allows you to choose from five different flavor combinations. You can pick your favorite toppings and enjoy your own original hamburger. Among the ingredients, onions, green curls, and tomatoes are all fresh domestic vegetables sourced daily. The potatoes are made using corn flour, giving them a crispy finish that stands out compared to regular potatoes.

  The buns, being in collaboration with the crepe shop, were slightly sweet, and paired excellently with the juicy patties!
  They were small, so I could easily finish them!

The inside of the shop has table seating, and there’s also a terrace area where dogs are welcome, creating a spacious atmosphere.

They also warmly welcome takeout, offering takeout options like the hamburger "Lunch Box" and even free delivery. By packing the vegetables and sauce separately from the buns and patty in a tray, they ensure the fresh crunchiness of the vegetables is preserved, maintaining a delicious taste similar to eating in. All products come with satisfying crunchy potatoes that stay delicious even when cold.
The trays can be warmed in the microwave without needing to transfer to a plate, making it a fun and stylish experience to eat anywhere like a picnic.
