Located in Toucheng, Yilan, Huashi Jian offers seafood dishes, notably their sashimi rice bowl, renowned for its fresh seafood. This time, I enjoyed the chef's six-piece sushi served with miso soup. The sushi is made from the day’s catch, providing a sweet and fresh taste, while the miso soup is warm and delicious, making the overall dining experience satisfying.
