Seafood Tonkotsu Dipping Noodles: Before dipping the noodles, I tried a small bite of the cold noodles without the soup base. The cold noodles were chewy and not starchy, and the portion was quite generous. The chashu and the rich, flavorful tonkotsu broth with a hint of egg white complemented each other beautifully, and the diced onions ensured that the whole bowl of noodles didn’t feel greasy. Dipping the cold noodles into the hot broth was perfect for summer.

Seafood Tonkotsu Ramen: The broth is thick and full of flavor! It truly immerses you in a Japanese atmosphere! The chashu melts in your mouth.
The Dan Dan Noodles are slightly spicy dry noodles. The ingredients have been pre-prepared, making for a good overall combination.

The decor is very warm and welcoming! Filled with maple leaves and the flags of Japan and Taiwan, the seating area offers both group and single seating.
I highly recommend trying the dipping noodles in Hualien!
