The liver soup, rice noodles, blanched greens, and fried tofu at this eatery are all very delicious. The liver soup is especially made with pickled mustard greens, giving it a unique flavor; the soy sauce on the rice noodles is slightly sweet, beautifully complemented; the braised meat aroma of the blanched greens is rich, and the fried tofu is tender on the inside and crispy on the outside.
The snack shop has a restroom inside, providing a convenient dining environment. The dining method is to take the menu yourself, fill out the order, and then hand it to the owner, creating a casual and relaxed atmosphere.
It's a pretty good snack shop. It was my first time eating there, and I ordered liver noodle soup, pig intestine, boiled vegetables, and fried tofu.
The liver noodle soup is quite special; it has pickled vegetables added. The soup tastes different from other snack shops, with a slight spiciness, but it's manageable for someone like me who isn't used to spicy food. They also give a decent amount of liver, and they added quite a bit of ginger.
The pig intestine is also very tasty, especially with the slightly sweet soy sauce that pairs really well.
The boiled vegetables have different options to choose from. I initially wanted sweet potato leaves, but they ran out, so I chose Chinese broccoli instead. Instead of soy sauce, they added braised pork, which was fragrant and delicious.
The fried tofu is highly recommended too; it's very tender and soft on the inside, with just the right firmness on the outside.
What's rare is that the snack shop has a restroom. If you dine in, you have to take the menu, mark your order, and then give it to the owner.
