I think the sashimi are all of the standard they should be. I'm not saying they're fresh and amazing, but they're generally delicious. You can feel the sweetness and texture of different seafood.

🐟Salmon series
My favorite among them is salmon. The fat distribution is just right and it tastes very fresh and sweet.

🍤Fried shrimp
As for the fried food, I definitely recommend their fried shrimp. Maybe because it is freshly fried, you won’t feel any greasy feeling when you eat it. Moreover, the freshness and saltiness of the fried shrimp itself are just right. It is a dish that will heal people’s hearts. vegetable!

Disliked/disappointing meals:

🥦 Cauliflower
The cauliflower is very small, and you only get a few when it is served on a plate. It looks a bit shabby, and it feels like the kind of cauliflower that was frozen in large quantities. It tastes like it has cooled down, which I don't like very much.

🍟French fries
The French fries are really no joke. They are very disappointing. I thought the French fries at conveyor belt sushi were so delicious, but the French fries at Hidden Sushi were not only thick, but also not fried to a golden brown, and tasted soggy. Soft, not quite what I expected.

🍣Tuna
It feels like it has been frozen and has not yet completely de-iced. Compared with salmon, the taste is really much worse... Maybe it's because I just got it and made it in a hurry😢

All in all, it's just an ordinary conveyor belt sushi restaurant, so I won't give it one star. After all, other seafood sushi is delicious, but in retrospect, there are still quite a few places that need to be refueled.
