This place is truly the night market steak that I've been eating since I was a child. It ranks among my top three steaks. They only operate two days a week, every Wednesday and Saturday, right in front of the Guilai Night Market temple. The stall with the most people in sight is definitely theirs.

The prices are very affordable, with local outdoor seating. The red tea soup is unlimited, but unfortunately, the tea is a bit too sweet for my liking. However, the soup is really impressive; they cook a whole pot with chicken bones, and you can even scoop up pieces of chicken. It's rich and delicious—every time I end up drinking more than three bowls before I can stop.

The thick-cut steak is 150, and the meat is thick and very tender, making it a must-order dish. It comes with an egg and sizzling noodles. After eating, I feel about 80% full, and after drinking the thick soup, I'm completely satisfied—what a deal!

The chicken leg steak is also very tender. Their black pepper is among the spiciest I've had, and I'm not sure if it's always like this or if they missed the mark; I have to add some ketchup to balance it out. Overall, it's tasty, and I recommend it to you.
