The restaurant is located on the basement floor of a building in the office district, making it quite a hidden gem. 🏙️

It’s a new establishment that opened in May. ✨

The exterior looks stylish, and the interior was also quite elegant. ✨ The aroma of smoked flavors wafted through the restaurant. ✨

There are mainly counter seats, but there are also table seats. ✨

For drinks, I chose the homemade mandarin orange chello soda. 🍊 It’s something like a chu-hi made by soaking mandarins in whiskey. 🍊 It was incredibly delicious, easy to drink, and even those who are not strong with alcohol could enjoy it. 🍊

The sakura shrimp and nanohana (rapeseed blossom) cake salé. 🦐 It felt like a vegetable cake. 🍰 The flavor of sakura shrimp was prominent, and it was fluffy, soft, and tasty. 🦐
