The restaurant is located on the basement floor of a building in the office district, making it quite a hidden gem. 🏙️

It’s a new establishment that opened in May. ✨

The exterior looks stylish, and the interior was also quite elegant. ✨ The aroma of smoked flavors wafted through the restaurant. ✨

There are mainly counter seats, but there are also table seats. ✨

For drinks, I chose the homemade mandarin orange chello soda. 🍊 It’s something like a chu-hi made by soaking mandarins in whiskey. 🍊 It was incredibly delicious, easy to drink, and even those who are not strong with alcohol could enjoy it. 🍊

The sakura shrimp and nanohana (rapeseed blossom) cake salé. 🦐 It felt like a vegetable cake. 🍰 The flavor of sakura shrimp was prominent, and it was fluffy, soft, and tasty. 🦐

The wild boar fritters with green olives. 🐗 They were lightly smoked with firewood. 💨 It was served with a shellfish sauce. 🍅🦀 The boar meat was quite palatable with little gaminess, making it very easy to eat and delicious. 🐗 The seasoning was also well done, and it paired perfectly with the shellfish sauce, making it tasty. 🐗🍅🦀

The wild deer pâté de campagne made from Ayase deer from Kyoto. 🦌 It was smoked with firewood. The grain mustard served with it was also smoked. The meat was packed and had a good bite to it. 🫎 I think it was the first time I had eaten deer meat, and it was easy to eat and tasty. 🦌 The smoked grain mustard spread pleasantly in my mouth, adding a new level of deliciousness. 🔥

Grilled shoulder loin of Yamagata pork. 🐷 Accompaniments included smoked mushrooms 🍄‍🟫 and potato mille-feuille dauphinois. 🥔 It was generously grilled, and each piece was quite large. 🐷 The pork was juicy, delicious, and flavorful—truly tasty. 🐷 The combination of lean and fatty pork was delicious enough to be a main course. 🐷 The flavor of the accompanying mushrooms was rich and aromatic, making them delicious. 🍄‍🟫 The dauphinois, which I tasted for the first time, had a new texture and was delicious. 🥔

I was completely satisfied with the pleasant atmosphere and delicious dishes!‼️

I had previously eaten wild boar and didn’t like it, but the meat at this restaurant is enjoyable even for those who don’t like it, so I think it’s perfect for both those who enjoy it and those who are hesitant to try. 🐗

The atmosphere is nice, and it’s a great place to visit with children. ✨

They welcome everyone, whether it’s after work, families, or solo diners, which makes it a restaurant I’d recommend visiting. 🥰

The chef and the staff's service and the overall vibe were also wonderful, which adds to the high recommendation! ✨
