It's quite challenging to make a reservation here, so it's best to book online before heading to Frankfurt—otherwise, if you want to secure a seat on the day itself, there may not be any available, or you might have to eat at the bar!
We had made a reservation in advance, but since we arrived about 10 minutes early, we still had to wait at the bar for a cocktail 🍹. True to its Michelin status, the wait was comfortable; the service was exceptional. Even while waiting, the staff introduced the drink menu to us, crafted our cocktails, and provided insights into the food menu. Such service is quite satisfying in Europe!
