Today I came to eat at "Cloud 9 Cafe Zhongshan" which seems to have opened not long ago. It is located near Zhongshan Station. It is only a 2-minute walk from Exit 5. Because it is at the back of the alley, and it is newly opened, it will not be open at 6 o'clock on Saturday night. If you make a reservation in advance, you won't have to queue at all.

The decoration of the store is simple, fashionable, refreshing and comfortable. The attitude of the clerks is very friendly. It makes people feel comfortable to eat here. It feels like it is a good place to have an afternoon tea even if you don’t have a dinner.

We ordered a set meal for two for $790, which requires an additional 10% service charge.

Include:
2 main meals (spaghetti/risotto of your choice with no limit on the amount)
1 appetizer (fish and chips/Caesar salad/spicy chicken wings/margherita pizza, choose 1)
2 drinks (Americano coffee/original latte/cream black tea/orange apple juice/chef’s soup, choose 2)

Truffle Mushroom Chicken Pasta (original price $275)
The chicken was given for 6-7 pieces. After eating it, I wondered why there was still more. The store was very sincere. The meat tasted ordinary, not dry, but not soft and tender. The Hongxi mushrooms were fried very well. It’s fragrant and the mushroom flavor is just right, and it’s a lot of food, thumbs up!
I used wide flat noodles and the noodles were covered with a lot of sauce. I like white sauce and I also like truffles and mushrooms. I thought it was very rich and delicious at first, but maybe it was because I was drinking mushroom soup at the same time, so I ate it. Later it feels a bit greasy and I need to drink more water.

Garlic Matsusaka Pork Pasta (original price $265)
Although there are only 4 pieces of Matsusaka pork, they are very big and fried very fragrant. I highly rate this staple dish!
I used round noodles and the garlic flavor was not strong. I originally thought it was stir-fried, but it seemed that some white sauce (?) was added, which tasted a bit milky. The sauce on the bottom of the plate also showed a light pink color at the end, which was delicious~

Fish and chips (original price $185)
I was surprised when it was served, because the portion was quite large for an appetizer. There were two pieces of fried fish, just one for each person, and a lot of fries. It came with honey mustard sauce. The clerk said that if the sauce is not enough, you can add more. Add~
In the end, we couldn't eat it, so we took it out. Before taking it away, the clerk asked us if we wanted sauce. Although we said yes, the clerk must have been too busy, so he forgot to give it to us🥲

Chef's soup ($59 with meal)
It's a mushroom soup. It tastes very rich and delicious, and the portion is quite large. However, you will feel a little tired after drinking it.

Iced Original Latte (original price $110)
It is served in a very beautiful gradient, the upper layer is dark black coffee + the lower layer is white milk, the appearance alone is very healing~
When I took the first sip without stirring, I thought, "Wow! The acidity is very high! And it's quite bitter." But after stirring it evenly, it became smoother.
But the portion is not big, just a small cup

Overall, I think the meal performance is 80 points, and there are many options, including brunch and pizza. The environment and the attitude of the store staff are very satisfactory. I want to come back next time to try other items ~
