「真香滷味」的滷味口味偏鹹且味道單調,主要以醬油味為主,建議加辣以增添風味。湯汁偏多,較適合喜歡濕潤口感的食客,青菜價格相對較高。
【Foodholic Neko @ Taipei】
"Really Fragrant Braised Dishes" is a heated braised dish place located near Zhongshan Station (actually, I only discovered the term "heated braised dishes" after living in Taipei; in the south, saying "braised dishes" means they are cooked in braising sauce). It’s less than a 2-minute walk from exit 2, so there are quite a lot of people coming here to eat.
In addition to takeout, there is also an indoor seating area available. The minimum spend for dining in is $70 per person. Believe me, with current prices, just grabbing 2-3 items easily exceeds $70.
We chose fried tofu, radish, pork slices, beef shank, cabbage*2, water spinach, cauliflower, and Prince noodles, totaling $325.
To be honest, it’s really not cheap. As expected, it’s centrally priced in Taipei's business district, with a portion of vegetables costing $35...
As for the taste, I feel the braising sauce is a bit salty and rather monotonous, mainly tasting of soy sauce. I recommend adding chili for better flavor, but be careful with the spiciness; I was crying out loud from the medium heat! It also comes with pickled vegetables, so if you’re someone who doesn’t dare eat pickled vegetables, remember to tell the staff when ordering.
Additionally, I found it a bit too wet, with too much broth; I personally prefer braised dishes that are a little drier.
Overall, I think I would only come to this place when I want to eat a large amount of vegetables; otherwise, there should be better options available.
