Sweet potato balls come in various flavors, such as condensed milk and chocolate sauce. They are crispy on the outside and hollow on the inside, with a slightly chewy texture, similar to mochi. They are loved by customers and are reasonably priced.
Located at Ruifeng Night Market, it has a prime location and thriving business, with a strong night market atmosphere.
The boss is enthusiastic and generous, occasionally giving customers an extra sweet potato ball, and the service is satisfying.
In the picture, this portion has 10 pieces for $40.
Additionally, 18 pieces for $60.
(I just realized from the photo that the owner gave me an extra one ʚ̴̶̷̆ ̫ ʚ̴̶̷̆. Next time I come, I also want to order 18 pieces; they get finished quickly, one after another.)
Flavors: Original | Pepper Salt | Sweet Potato Powder | Chocolate Sauce | Condensed Milk | Caramel Sauce
A total of six flavors for you to choose from (is it really true that someone eats sweet potato balls with pepper salt? 🙀)
I chose the condensed milk, a simple but satisfying flavor.
I really like the texture of the sweet potato balls right after they are fried — crispy on the outside, hollow inside, but with a bit of chewiness, like in the second photo, with a layer that feels similar to mochi. In my opinion, these are above average sweet potato balls!
