❤️Roast pork chin
Maybe it’s because of the English, so he translated it like chin meat, but I’m thinking it’s what we call mouth meat, cut into big pieces and grilled with sauce! It tastes very soft and tender overall ~ perfect for pairing with wine!
❤️Soft Shell Crab
The soft shell crab is fried 🦀️ very moderately, not too dry, and has just the right crispness! There is quite a lot of crab meat in the middle ~ I feel like I can have one for each person!
❤️Salmon sashimi
This is my favorite among them all ~ Although it’s just ordinary salmon 🐟 sashimi, it’s fresh enough to say the least, plus it has jalapeno peppers on it! Let the sashimi process give you a very special taste! This is an attempt that no one seems to have done in Taiwan ~ I really like this combination!

When using salmon eggs here, I like to put them together with quail eggs. I personally like this combination very much! Every time you put a bite like this in your mouth, the whole thing blends together...it tastes very fresh and sweet! It can not only bring out the freshness of salmon eggs~ but also the smoothness of quail eggs~
