If you don’t have local friends or haven’t lived in Peru for a while
It's hard to know this restaurant exists
But as long as you are lucky enough to make an appointment... you will really have endless aftertaste!
When I arrived at the door at 12 o'clock when it opened, I saw many customers waiting for a table without reservations...
Fortunately, I paid the deposit online to reserve a table a week ago.
As soon as I arrived at the scene today, I was received upstairs smoothly.
The entire restaurant is divided into first-floor seating, second-floor seating and outdoor areas!
When I made the reservation, I only had the seats upstairs to choose from...but it was still very atmospheric!
And the service staff is very friendly and will ask if you want an English menu or a Spanish menu!
Now that I'm in Central and South America... I want to recommend two dishes that you must try... because they are really delicious!
first course
❤️ ceviche
This dish is included in most Central and South American cuisine! The Isolina restaurant I recommend is very clean and delicious. They deep-fried the octopus to maintain its original tenderness and sweetness. They paired it with pickled fish. The fish is raw but completely There will be no nausea. Some people who are afraid to eat sashimi are probably afraid of the taste. I personally think that if the ceviche is well made, it can get rid of that taste... and it will also be served with some local corn and onions! The last important thing is the sauce. The sauce is made with lemon as the base and comes with a small dish of local special chili sauce! The freshness and sweetness of the seafood are brought out completely by the lemon, and a little bit of spiciness is added ~ it is really delicious!
I also recommend a must-drink in Central and South America…
❤️pisco sour
This is a common cocktail in Central and South America! As the name suggests, the wine is a simple combination of pisco brandy and chavod, with some slight sweetness from other fruit juices. People who don’t usually drink can drink it separately, otherwise it will have a little stamina!
The last one is my personal favorite~
❤️anticuchos de lengua
This is a beef tongue grilled like a kebab! When I took my first bite, I actually thought it was a bit strong. But the roasted potatoes on the side can balance out the taste! The grilled beef tongue is tender and tender ~ a must order for those who like to eat at barbecue restaurants!
