🔹 Small Squid Noodles $150

  • The broth is quite light; the squid is fairly large and tastes quite fresh without any fishy smell or toughness. However, it’s just average and not particularly special. We ordered other dishes, so three people sharing this is more than enough.

🔸 Stir-Fried Vegetables $100

  • These are water spinach, and the stems are a bit thicker than regular ones, but they are cooked perfectly—crunchy and tender without hurting the mouth. The garlic flavor is well-fried, perfect to balance the richness of the seafood.

🔹 Bamboo Shoots $150

  • The texture is indeed crunchy, but the taste is quite salty, suitable for pairing with rice. Eating too much can feel overpowering without much depth in flavor, so it might be good to try something different.

🔸 Stir-Fried Seaweed $220

  • I really enjoy seaweed, and it’s not common to find this dish outside; there are more places serving types like sea lettuce, so it’s rare to find something like this! The seaweed has a natural ocean flavor, and it’s stir-fried with scrambled eggs and carrots, making the texture and flavor much richer than just simple stir-fried seaweed. It's smooth and tender, but towards the end, it can be a bit salty.

🔹 Ginger Stir-Fried Squid $250

  • The flavor is stronger, with a very obvious soy and ginger aroma; the savory taste goes perfectly with rice. The squid is fresh and chewy, not overcooked, which would appeal to those who enjoy bold flavors.

🔸 Stir-Fried Clams $300

  • It has a bit of a wine fragrance as soon as it's served. The clam meat is fresh and rich. The only downside is that the sauce is a bit oily, making it slightly greasy towards the end, but it’s still very delicious with plain rice.

🔹 Stir-Fried Stingray $250

  • It’s quite a unique dish, and I had never tried it before. The texture is a bit tough, with a solid and chewy quality. The taste is decent, but I personally think trying it once is enough; it’s not particularly stunning.

🌊 I’ve heard a lot about this seaside snack shop, and I finally decided to check it out. Even though I came on a holiday afternoon, surprisingly there was no queue at all, and I could order via bank transfer, which made the overall process quite convenient.

🦑 Ginger Stir-fried Small Squid ($250) was flavorful and salty enough, and the squid was well-prepared, giving it a nice bouncy texture.
🐚 Stir-fried Clams ($300) had a hint of wine aroma, the meat was fresh, but the sauce was a bit oily; still delicious.
🌿 Stir-fried Seaweed ($220) was unexpectedly layered, containing scallions, eggs, carrots, and seaweed, imparting a fresh ocean flavor.
🥬 Stir-fried Greens ($100) was water spinach, which had thicker stems but was stir-fried well and tender, with a strong garlic flavor.
🍜 Small Squid Rice Noodles ($150) had a light broth with a slight sweetness; the squid was fresh and chewy, and the portion was generous.
🐟 Stir-fried Stingray ($250) had slightly firm meat, giving it a good chew, but personally, I think one try is enough.
🎋 Bamboo Shoots ($150) were on the salty side, with a crunchy texture but not much distinct flavor.

🧾 The total for this meal was $1,420, mostly seafood dishes, with prices being moderate but the portions were sufficient. Overall, I liked the seaweed and the small squid rice noodles the most; the combination of salty and light flavors was just right~ A peaceful and quiet afternoon made it even better 😌.
