【Foodholic Naiko@Taipei】

I must have almost eaten all the shops selling "Fried Hand Noodles with Red Oil" near the office, because I really like eating Fried Hand Noodles with Red Oil.
ps. A friend once told me that I was weird. She said that she usually eats fried hands or dry noodles with red oil, but not fried noodles with red oil.

This "Chengdu Chaoshou Noodles" is located near the city market, about a 10-minute walk from Taipei Main Station, Ximen Station and National Taiwan University Hospital Station.

In fact, there is also a "Chengdu Chaoshou Noodle" on Huaining Street. They should not be related to each other. I feel that many customers confuse the two stores because I saw a review of the Huaining Street store on the Google reviews of this store. of

I arrived at early 12 noon on weekdays, and there were quite a few customers, but the aunties were very quick and got my takeout meal in less than 3 minutes after ordering. They are very friendly to office workers who need to take a nap.

Fried hand noodles with red oil (dry) $60
The noodles were cooked a little too soft, and the sauce stuck to the noodles. Every part of the noodles was covered with sauce, and there was a spicy aroma, but it was not spicy at all, so it was delicious!
There are about 8 pieces of stir-fried hands, but they are very small. They are the size that can be eaten in one bite. They taste a little pink, mainly the skin, and the meat filling is quite small. The taste is a bit sour, which is probably not the case. The acid that went bad may have been deliberately seasoned like this. It won’t taste bad, but it’s not very to my liking.
But the price is quite cheap. The fried noodles with red oil at the Huaining Street store cost $75, but the fried noodles there are a bit bigger and the taste is more to my liking.

Blanched vegetables $30
The blanched vegetables should be oyster cabbage (right? Sorry, I'm not familiar with the types of vegetables). It seems to be just drizzled with a little soy sauce. The taste is quite bland. It mainly tastes the original flavor of the vegetables, but there is a little bit of oil. Slightly deduct points

Overall, although the price is a bit cheaper than the Huaining Street store, in terms of taste, I still prefer the Huaining Street store, so the chance of a return visit is not high.
