Located within the City Market, this noodle shop mainly serves noodle dishes. Due to ongoing urban renewal in the surrounding area, the path to the noodle shop isn't very appealing. There aren't many seats inside, but the lady taking orders is very friendly.

Original Flavor Beef Minced Dumpling Noodles / NT$80:
You can choose the noodle portion as small/medium/large for NT$80/NT$85/NT$90, and you can also opt for soup or dry noodles. Personally, I usually choose the small dry bowl, which is served with a big bowl of bone broth. The noodles are ordinary and cooked softer, lacking a distinct texture. The dish is topped with the shop's special minced beef sauce, made from minced beef and dried tofu mixed with spicy seasoning, which blends well with the noodles and is quite flavorful. The dumplings are fairly average, but the portion is generous.
