Before returning to the hotel, my wife randomly looked at the ramen restaurants she saw on the map. She went there simply because the name was interesting, but she accidentally discovered a pocket list restaurant.
The store is not big, with only about ten seats, all of which are bar seats, but there are hooks and hangers behind the seats for you to store bags and coats.
Order food from the vending machine. There are not many varieties. There are only three kinds of noodles, spicy and non-spicy, and tsukemen. They are all chicken soup-based ramen. The soup is very thick, except for the non-spicy white chicken ramen. The two are relatively salty, but Japanese ramen is inherently salty, so it is not a disadvantage. The soup has rich flavors. The spicy noodle soup is not exaggeratedly spicy. It is about the same as the spicy oil in Taiwanese noodle shops. The noodles are springy but not spicy. It will be very tough, and the chicken inside will not be too bad. Although it is a supporting role, it is delicious, but not too much.
Overall, it's highly recommended. It's delicious and not expensive. Although there is Yilan nearby, you don't have to queue up for this restaurant. Although strictly speaking, Yilan is still more delicious, but this restaurant is also a good choice.
