The dish is stir-fried beef noodles with pork belly, seasoned with a mildly spicy flavor that stimulates the appetite. The meat is tender and easy to eat. The accompanying tofu, kelp, pickles, and drink help to mellow the spiciness. However, the umami flavor is not very strong.
The restaurant has table seats and counter seats, making it easy to have a meal even if you are alone. Ordering through a QR code is possible, which is convenient for tourists as well.
There is a food court on the basement level 3 of the department store next to Taipei Station. This is a Taiwanese restaurant located in one corner of that area. The restaurant has its own eat-in space, although the number of seats isn't very large, so you don't have to worry about finding a seat in the food court! ✨

I ordered a set of dry beef noodles with braised pork! The slightly spicy flavor was very appetizing. The meat was also very tender and easy to eat! The set includes a boiled dish of tofu and kelp, pickled radish, and a drink. As someone who isn't good with spicy food, I was really helped by the side dishes and drink! 🥵
The flavor of the beef noodles themselves wasn’t very pronounced; while the texture was good, I didn't feel much umami (maybe due to the spiciness?).
While this restaurant specializes in beef noodles, there were many different varieties available, and I would love to try some other types as well!
