From the photos, you can tell that this restaurant's signature dish is pig's trotter. I found this restaurant online, and I heard it is very famous with branches in several locations. I saw that they were selling discount coupons online, which also allowed me to make a reservation at the same time, so I bought the most basic combo pig's trotter and secured a table! When I arrived, sure enough, all I had to do was show them the receipt, and they brought us to our seats. I recommend everyone to use this method, as there could be a long queue if you just show up; although the entry speed is quite fast, of course, I hope to have dinner on time!

The pig's trotter set I ordered came with an extra small pot 🍲, which contained some vegetables and rice cakes. Then we had our main dish, the pig's trotter. The mixed version of the pig's trotter consists of half original flavor and half spicy flavor 🔥. Personally, I think the original flavor is very delicious; the skin is not sticky, but rather firm and chewy, combined with the lean meat of the trotter, making it very fragrant to eat. However, for the spicy part, I think it should be ordered only by those who can handle some spice, because after I took a bite, I didn’t dare to try again; it lingers in the mouth, not overpowering but sweet and spicy. However, it might just be that I’m not good with spicy food 🌶️, so I couldn't finish an entire piece of the pig's trotter!

At first, I thought that local restaurants like this would have some service issues or cleanliness problems, but surprisingly, the overall environment and service within the restaurant were excellent. The food also received rave reviews from my friends, so I recommend anyone traveling to Korea to give it a try!
