I think this is the top three beautiful cafes in Hsinchu
The first floor is a Korean women's clothing store, which also takes the texture route. You can browse for a while before or after your meal.
The cafe is located on the second to fourth floors
The design and style of each floor are quite different.
You must make a reservation in advance before coming to avoid running out of space. The store is also very considerate and provides seats for you to choose yourself (a deposit of 200 yuan per person is required / online reservations for the following month will be opened at 12:00 noon on the 25th of each month)

What we have is a two-seater facing the wall, and there is a large table next to it that can accommodate four people. When we arrived, there was no reservation next to it. If you like taking pictures, you can take pictures and make good use of this space🫶🏻
However, those who can tolerate the sun should book a table. After all, there is a fully transparent glass window above. Although the store has air conditioning, the sun in the summer is actually quite hot (four people are cooler than two people)

Some of the meals are just average. For me, it’s a good cafe experience.
The minimum purchase is $200 per person, but the drinks on the menu fall between $130 and $170. Basically, you need to add other desserts or order a main meal.
The drinks here are pretty good, but I don’t like the food that much.
𓌉𓇋 Truffle fries $120
·Although the menu says they are fried to order, the fries actually delivered to the table were soft (a bit like they were fried when the oil was not warm enough), with a truffle flavor. The portion was quite large, but I was quite disappointed with the taste.

·The store uses 85% and 100% chocolate to make the mixture. The taste is slightly bitter, but it is just right to enjoy with sweet vanilla ice cream.

·It’s not the texture you usually see in kari, it’s somewhere between crispy and soft. However, because the store has added brown sugar mochi to it, there won’t be the air holes in the original kari. It’s the first time I’ve eaten it with added mochi. The creel has a very special texture, but I personally prefer a crisper texture.
