The cake body of the fig black sugar cream roll is moist and soft, with a more pronounced honey flavor, while the black sugar flavor is not very prominent. The texture of the cream filling is slightly grainy, making the overall performance fairly average.

-Fig and brown sugar raw milk roll-The cake uses almond milk instead of milk. The cake itself is moist and soft. The brown sugar flavor is not noticeable, and the honey flavor is obvious, much like a honey cake. There are non-toxic and eco-friendly figs on top, but the frozen figs feel a bit rusty. Sprinkled with almond shavings, it's fragrant on its own. However, the cream filling still has a gritty texture after being taken out of the freezer. I don’t like it that much. It feels greasier than the fresh cream next to it, which is quite satisfactory.
