The quality of the dishes at this restaurant is excellent, especially the sliced hundred-layer tofu, the side dishes, and the fish maw and napa cabbage stew, all showcasing rich layers of flavor that leave a lasting impression.
The restaurant is on the 17th floor of the Sheraton, offering a great view and a comfortable dining atmosphere.
The staff's performance is excellent, making the guests feel well taken care of.
One of my favorite Chinese restaurants at home, on the 17th floor of the Sheraton, with great views and excellent service. As expected of a restaurant that has maintained two Michelin stars since its first year.
First of all, the side dishes are really amazing. I recommend the Baiye Shredded Tofu and Pickled Pepper Preserved Eggs.
Today's main dish is a chili dish with fried pig's feet (I forgot the name of the dish😅), which has a very rich taste. In addition, the fish maw and cabbage stew is a must-try every time I come here. It is very delicious and tastes great! Finally, we finished with braised beef brisket, a very satisfying meal!
