After the meal arrived and I took a bite, I could immediately understand why this has become a signature! The baguette bread is slightly toasted, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a faint aroma of wheat. It is paired with fresh and delicious green vegetables🥬 inside, as well as grilled meat with a charred aroma inside. The final touch is a magical addition With their unique sauce, the whole combination turned into a baguette sandwich that I really can't forget🥪The taste is a little like the sauce we have in barbecue, but it is not too salty! Paired with the aroma of the bread, the entire filling in the middle elevates the sandwich! Someone and I couldn't agree more, and I really recommend this dish!

We also ordered the most classic fried spring rolls, but after we finished ordering, we actually regretted it a little bit. We felt that we should have ordered the raw spring rolls that are most commonly eaten in Vietnam! But I was still very surprised when I got the dish. I added some barbecued meat on the side, which can be used with the vegetables he gave me, so that the sweet and sour taste of the vegetables can enhance the meaty flavor of the barbecue! However, the meat cooked here is not particularly soft and tender, it is more like a bit that requires you to chew it carefully and taste the aroma! As for the spring rolls, there are two flavors, one with pork inside, and one with a shrimp tail directly visible! Of the two, I personally prefer the shrimp, but the pork with the sauce is also very crispy, refreshing and delicious!
