Tsukemen is characterized by its rich seafood broth, which pairs perfectly with thick noodles. It is said that the chashu, boiled eggs, and wagyu sirloin rice bowl were also delicious.
It is so popular that there are lines, and it has a lively atmosphere with only counter seating. It is open from morning until late at night, making it easy to visit.
The text describes a system where meal tickets are used, allowing customers to enjoy the soup piping hot until the end, along with pleasant service being offered.
I went to a tsukemen (dipping noodle) shop that opened in Namba on November 10th 🍜
The place is called Osaka Tsukemen Shiraishi Namba, a specialized tsukemen restaurant from Shiraishi in Ginza, Tokyo, making its debut in Osaka 🍜
It's within walking distance from Namba Station on various train lines 🚃
It's located in a very busy area and is already popular enough to have a line‼️
The shop is open from 7:00 AM to 1:00 AM, which I think is great as you can go at any time 🍜
You order with a ticket system 🎫
This time I ordered:
Rich flavored egg tsukemen 🍜 for 1200 yen
And as a set,
Wagyu sirloin don 🐷🍚 for 800 yen
🍜
There are only counter seats
And on the table, there were:
Soy sauce
Vinegar
Seven spice 🔥
Salt 🧂
Pepper 🔥
✨
The tsukemen that arrived was
Thick noodles 🍜
Chashu pork 🐷
Soft boiled egg 🥚
Seaweed
Menma (bamboo shoots) 🎋
Radish sprouts
Sudachi citrus ✨
It was plentiful and had a great volume ^_^🥰
The soup was seafood-based, rich, and very delicious 🐟
The bowl for the soup was equipped with solid fuel, allowing it to stay hot until the end, which I thought was a wonderful consideration 🔥
Once the solid fuel burned out, you could start dipping your noodles in the soup 🔥
The thick noodles had a chewy texture, and they paired beautifully with the rich soup, making it very tasty 🍜
The chashu was large; while the meat itself didn't have much flavor, it complemented the rich soup well and was delicious 🐷
The soft-boiled egg had a rich yolk and went well with the sauce, making it very tasty 🥚
The seaweed was also delicious when wrapped around the noodles and dipped in the soup ✨
The menma was thicker and had an excellent texture 🎋
The radish sprouts were crunchy and delicious ✨
The sudachi added a refreshing flavor, which was nice ✨
Wagyu sirloin don 🐷🍚
It had a large piece of sirloin
And a yolk on top, which I broke and mixed in 🥚
The meat was big and rich, and the sauce along with the yolk was also rich, making it incredibly tasty, and I finished it in no time 🍚
Even just adding a little bit of the soup made it really delicious ✨
Although it's already a popular place, it's absolutely worth a visit, so I highly recommend it 🍜
I also want to try other menu items next time 🍜
