The store offers three types of corn: yellow corn, fruit corn, and glutinous corn, but the varieties depend on daily supply. Prices vary according to the size of the corn, ranging from 55 to 120 NT dollars.
This time, we chose a 100 NT dollar yellow corn, with the flavor being the signature original (not spicy). When freshly grilled, it’s hot and ready to eat. The golden crispy sauce emits a rich grilled aroma, the outer layer is crispy, and the corn inside retains its moisture, providing a crunchy and refreshing texture. The sauce is clearly well-crafted, with a savory flavor that has a hint of sweetness, offering rich layers that leave you wanting more after finishing.
We were very satisfied with this experience and would love to have it again the next time we visit Lehua Night Market!
