Spare Rib Fried Rice
The aroma of the spare ribs is enticing, the meat is tender and not dry! The fried rice takes a clean and simple approach, and compared to the spare ribs, its aroma is not particularly outstanding, but it is neither good nor bad.

Remember to register when waiting for a table; hot tea is served as soon as you sit down. The overall atmosphere is comfortable, suitable for family or group gatherings. Next time, I would like to try the beef noodles and red oil dumplings. The prices are not considered cheap; it can be called a neighborhood version of Din Tai Fung, and only cash payments are accepted.

I must say that this restaurant is quite popular during holidays, and the takeout orders are overwhelming. You can only wait for a table on-site, and usually, they call your name two or three times. If you miss your turn, you have to re-register, so the waiting time from seating to the meal being served is definitely not short; on this day, we waited over 30 minutes. If you don’t want to wait, I suggest going to another place.

Also, this restaurant still insists on only accepting cash, which everyone should keep in mind. Once, I almost didn't have enough cash.

This time, I ordered shrimp fried rice, and I personally like to pair it with chili oil. I think this combination is quite good, and their fried rice is actually quite high quality—the rice is well-separated, and the seasoning is just right, but the price is not cheap.

Overall, if you want to have a Chinese meal, I think this is a good choice.
