Of course, because I was in a hurry, I chose a ramen restaurant to eat.
And the reason why he was chosen
It’s also because the store boasts one Michelin star.
Of course, as me, I have to give it a try! !

But it’s true that this kind of eating area next to the airport
Even in a hypermarket or department store
It still feels a bit different from our store.

Especially ramen, which was originally Japanese
Moved next to Singapore Airport
It’s really a bit of a gap~~

Overall, I think his ramen
The flavor is very special
The soup is not the usual ramen soup we usually eat.
It can be said to be a soup with a strong and salty taste.

But overall, I don’t think it’s particularly delicious after eating it.
Maybe it’s because I’m personally not used to this taste.

When it comes, the color is a bit like soy sauce ramen series
But it does taste like a strong ramen.
There is nothing particularly amazing about the surface itself
The soup is more like soy sauce miso ramen

In addition, the nigiri sushi section
Personally, I think it’s better than ramen
The rice is soggy and soft.
And it actually tastes quite refreshing when paired with the sashimi above.

I can only say that there is nothing special about eating it.
It’s probably the same feeling as when you go to a ramen shop on the roadside and eat casually.
So it’s a bit of a pity to get one Michelin star.
Maybe you really have to go to our restaurant to eat it, right?

But the store is clean and tidy

It is indeed very suitable to come here to eat while waiting for the flight or when connecting flights.
The whole atmosphere is also very suitable

But the staff was pretty quick to sort it out after turning over the tables.

In fact, in terms of prices in Singapore,
A bowl of ramen like this here costs about NT$500 or 600.
But compared to other price fluctuations in Singapore
I think it's just okay

So I think the price is pretty good.
It’s just that prices in Singapore are too high
So it tastes quite expensive.

But because there are many restaurants nearby for eating and drinking,

I think if you want to try a so-called Michelin-rated ramen restaurant
I just happened to arrive at this airport again
You can give it a try if you're passing by.
But maybe it’s because it just doesn’t suit my taste.
So I don’t think it has any special texture or taste.

Or maybe we actually want to go to this local restaurant in Japan to eat
Only then can you get a genuine Michelin star
