Dixon’s Singapore Food Notes
I'm leaving Singapore today
Of course we know that Singapore also has a very famous landmark
It’s called Jewel Changi
In fact, this is a very large department store next to the airport.
It can also be said to be a shopping mall
Not only can you shop inside, you can also eat, drink and even have fun.

So there are a lot of restaurants here
Then you can come here and hang out while waiting for the plane.
There are also many various restaurants inside.
Including Din Tai Fung and so on here

Of course, because I was in a hurry, I chose a ramen restaurant to eat.
And the reason why he was chosen
It’s also because the store boasts one Michelin star.
Of course, as me, I have to give it a try! !

But it’s true that this kind of eating area next to the airport
Even in a hypermarket or department store
It still feels a bit different from our store.

Especially ramen, which was originally Japanese
Moved next to Singapore Airport
It’s really a bit of a gap~~

Overall, I think his ramen
The flavor is very special
The soup is not the usual ramen soup we usually eat.
It can be said to be a soup with a strong and salty taste.

But overall, I don’t think it’s particularly delicious after eating it.
Maybe it’s because I’m personally not used to this taste.
Are you still used to eating traditional ramen?

And here we also use QR Code to order food.
But I will still give you the menu as a reference.
So having a physical menu and using QR Code to order food, I think it’s pretty good
And the food is served pretty quickly.
It is very suitable for friends who are waiting for a flight and want to eat ramen quickly.

But besides ramen, there are many Japanese dishes you can order here.
Including tempura, etc. or nigiri sushi
Personally, I think the nigiri sushi here is quite good.
If you want to eat something small, you can actually come here and try it.

⭐️Food section
Because the menu is actually a bit difficult to understand
So of course I ordered the most popular, basic and recommended style.
You can see that most of his ramen has truffle sauce
And I ordered the signature ramen on the first page of the menu.
And add meat!

When it comes, the color is a bit like soy sauce ramen series
But it does taste like a strong ramen.
There is nothing particularly amazing about the surface itself
The soup is more like soy sauce miso ramen

In addition, the nigiri sushi section
Personally, I think it’s better than ramen
The rice is soggy and soft.
And it actually tastes quite refreshing when paired with the sashimi above.

I can only say that there is nothing special about eating it.
It’s probably the same feeling as when you go to a ramen shop on the roadside and eat casually.
So it’s a bit of a pity to get one Michelin star.
Maybe you really have to go to our restaurant to eat it, right?

⭐️Atmosphere part
This place is actually like a quick ramen place.
The space in the store is actually not very big.
The distance between tables is also close
But the store is clean and tidy
There is a feeling of speed and neatness
It is indeed very suitable to come here to eat while waiting for the flight or when connecting flights.
The whole atmosphere is also very suitable

⭐️Service
Basically there will be no special services
But the staff was pretty quick to sort it out after turning over the tables.
And the reception staff at the door are also quite enthusiastic.

⭐️Price
In fact, in terms of prices in Singapore,
A bowl of ramen like this here costs about NT$500 or 600.
But compared to other price fluctuations in Singapore
I think it's just okay

So I think the price is pretty good.
It’s just that prices in Singapore are too high
So it tastes quite expensive.

⭐️Location section
Located on the 3rd floor of Jewel Changi Na
Actually the location is pretty good
But because there are many restaurants nearby for eating and drinking,
There are also many choices for tourists here.
So the location is good, but the competitiveness is also very strong.

⭐️In summary
I think if you want to try a so-called Michelin-rated ramen restaurant
I just happened to arrive at this airport again
You can give it a try if you're passing by.
But maybe it’s because it just doesn’t suit my taste.
So I don’t think it has any special texture or taste.

Or maybe we actually want to go to this local restaurant in Japan to eat
Only then can you get a genuine Michelin star
I think it’s because there is so much food to eat here
Including saying that restaurants from all over the world will open stores here
So in fact, you don’t have to limit yourself to what you must eat.
Of course you can give it a try🤣🤣🤣
