The yakiniku restaurants in Taichung are impressive right from the entrance. Each one is bigger than the last. The interior space is spacious, but the lighting is too dim. I don't really like it.
Recently, many places have launched weekday or lunch specials, which are very friendly for people like us who don't eat much. Otherwise, by the end of the meal, everyone would be out of the game QAQ. Plus, there are actually things in the set menu that I don't really want to eat.
They handle all the grilling for you. Except for the first dish, where they were also taking care of three tables at once, the meat was slightly overcooked but not seriously. The grilling on the other items was done very well. Especially, I personally really dislike grilling chicken because it usually is thicker, takes longer to cook, and I never know when it's done. The ones I grill never taste great. But their grilled chicken is tender and juicy!!!
