Environment
Moore inside Songshan Station is considered a relatively formal restaurant, which feels quite out of place in the bustling crowd of the station. The music is a bit too loud, and the surrounding diners also speak quite loudly; the conclusion varies by location.
Meal
Scallop squid ink rice— the scallops are fresh and sweet, with no frozen or off-putting flavors; they are delicious scallops XD. The rice is moist and soft (can be adjusted), and when you bite into it, the squid ink flavor is not too overwhelming.
Truffle cherry duck— my sister added baked cheese, which took a bit longer. The first time I felt it was nice, so I recommended it to my sister, but this time the duck meat was a bit dry and disappointing. But thinking about it, it might have been related to the baked cheese, causing the problem? So I only mentioned it briefly, with no major response.
Small round bread— soft and tasty. Adding sauce, it's rare for me to go for a second bite of the garlic cheese sauce. I could get full just from this side dish without needing a main course.
