The soup has a rich flavor. I thought I wouldn't dare to try sea urchin dishes on my first order, but it surprisingly tasted great.
I chose slightly firmer noodles, but to be honest, letting them soak a little after serving would enhance the taste.
There was a meatball in the middle; I don't know what it’s called, but it tasted sweet, and personally, I thought it was quite good.
