The weather was slightly cool, and I wanted to eat beef noodles, so I found this restaurant that had pretty good reviews on Google. The dining style is to go in and choose your own seat, then scan the QR code for online ordering. You can pay online using Line Pay or pay in cash at the self-service ordering machine on-site. Staff will help bring the food to your table. Utensils, water, and napkins can be taken from the self-service area, which I think is quite convenient. The environment is nice; the space is bright, clean, and quite pleasant, and the restroom is also clean. Overall, the atmosphere is quite comfortable.

As for the food, I had already decided on the beef noodles. They have four flavors of broth noodles to choose from, and you can also choose between wide or thin noodles. My friend and I ordered cheese and duck essence stewed beef shank with wide noodles and clear broth beef shank with thin noodles. I found the soup to have a strong flavor; the cheese and duck essence gave a creamy taste, and the spiciness was a bit more than I expected. With added duck blood, I personally think the spiciness pairs well with it. The clear broth felt refreshing and easy to eat, with the radish nicely stewed through. They also added half a soft-boiled egg, and both flavors paired well with the noodles. The amount of beef was more than I anticipated, but for me, it was too tough and chewy. I personally prefer a softer texture. Other than the meat's texture, I found everything else quite nice. I would like to try some other items if I have the chance.
