We also arranged for a very special omakase menu—a tasting version! So when we arrived, the staff were already very happy to welcome us inside. The bartenders also explain the flavors of the cocktails on the spot, detailing the different spirits or syrups used, and even what they intend to convey with each drink. I thought this was very interesting!
One of my personal favorites was the one with the lanterns, which was a colorful cocktail. When the staff presented it, they brought out the lanterns one by one, and then showcased the drinks emanating from the lanterns right in front of us. The cocktail 🍹 also had colors just like the lanterns, and tasted creamy and sweet, somewhat like a flavored milk froth, which paired perfectly with the drink, making it feel like having a delightful little dessert!
