Forma Pasta Factory Fort Greene

The Italian pasta specialty shop "Forma Pasta Factory" in Brooklyn Fort Greene is a place we visited for dinner twice.

On both occasions, we ordered the roasted cauliflower, which had a tangy seasoning that was very appetizing.
We also both ordered the main dish, Pipette Ragu, which was incredibly delicious.
(It includes Italian pork sausage, creamy herb sauce, and Parmigiano Reggiano.)
The pasta with the pork sausage and the creamy herb flavor was excellent.
We finished off the remaining sauce by dipping the complimentary cornbread, and it was delightful.

Having Italian food for dinner here is quite filling and immensely satisfying.
After eating, it's definitely a good idea to go for a walk to digest this delicious carb-rich meal. It's truly worthwhile.
