This shop not only sells cold noodles but also spicy duck blood. I think they are quite delicious. The cold noodles come with two packets of sauce, one packet of sesame paste noodles and one packet of sauce. The boss is very enthusiastic and even explained the sesame sauce to us. You have to poke the bag open so it doesn't settle. The sesame sauce is so flavorful that there is still a lot of sauce left in the bowl after the meal. It fills your mouth with a garlicky taste, which is quite refreshing.
Comprehensive Spicy Duck Blood (75 yuan) contains 4 pieces of duck blood, 2 pieces of tofu, 2 pieces of tofu skin, some enoki mushrooms, sauerkraut and some chopped green onions~
I told the boss that it shouldn’t be too spicy (the boss helped me remove some of the spicy oil). It tasted pretty good, a little spicy, a little spicy, but not so spicy that I felt uncomfortable. I think both were pretty good!
